KnitML Graphical Pattern Editor

KnitML is an open-source project who's goal is to create an open specification for creating and using knitting patterns. The spec could be used as a standard between different pattern generating software platforms, or the output could easily be translated into different language. Think RSS feed on steroids! The Graphical Pattern Editor/Composer is a desktop application that generates the base XML to be used however the pattern designer sees fit.

Two Trees Media worked closely with the developer to implement GUI changes to make the user interface more intuitive for the program's target user, which is knitting pattern designers around the world. We also solidified the brand of KnitML by creating a cohesive set of file icons and a program loading screen.

This is an ongoing open-source project, so check back soon for future work and improvements!
